What connects them is a shared approach: the Estate becomes more than the setting for the Wedding Day. The celebration, the stay and thoughtful coordination are considered together, with the relationship between the Estate and the wider destination shaped around the setting you choose.
Each Olive Grove Estate has its own relationship with the landscape around it. From lake views and the Umbrian countryside to the gardens and river setting of Valeggio sul Mincio, each offers a distinctive setting for a destination wedding in Italy.

Our All-Inclusive approach is designed to make a destination wedding in Italy more coherent to plan from abroad. Rather than a fixed wedding package, we build a tailored proposal around the selected Estate and the requirements of your celebration.
ESTATE · WEDDING STAY · CATERING · COORDINATION
The core brings together Exclusive Use of the selected Estate for the agreed wedding period, the appropriate stay arrangement for that Estate and destination, Catering Rossomelograno for the principal Wedding Day reception, and Wedding Coordination. Complementary services can be coordinated and incorporated when expressly agreed.
BEYOND THE ESTATE
Planning from abroad involves more than choosing a beautiful place. THE OLIVE GROVE provides defined coordination pathways for the wedding itself and for the practical requirements surrounding your guests and stay.
WEDDING COORDINATION
We work with the couple or authorized wedding contact to understand requirements, structure the agreed programme and coordinate the Estate, Catering Rossomelograno and requested complementary services. On the principal Wedding Day, a representative of THE OLIVE GROVE is present for operational coordination.
STAY & GUESTS
The wedding stay is shaped around the selected Estate and its setting. Depending on the Estate, accommodation may be within the property, within the surrounding destination, or combine both. Where required, we can also coordinate guest transfers, activities and agreed wedding-group logistics.
PLANNING FROM ABROAD
THE OLIVE GROVE works with international couples in English throughout the enquiry and pre-wedding coordination process, including email, telephone and video communication. Remote coordination helps move the planning forward before you travel to Italy, while requirements that need to take place locally are managed within the agreed process.
